TREATS FOR TROOPSWe buy the items, get them boxed, addressed and mail the Care Packages on every month. We want to thank the volunteers and the citizens and visitors of Lakeport their outstanding support. On our July 5th "Treats For Troops" fundraiser at Safeway, Long's, Bruno's, and K-Mart in Lakeport we raised a total $1.049.00. Thank you to Phyllis, Jo, Woody, and Randy who were the volunteers who manned the stations. VFW Post 2015 and the Ladies Auxiliary would like to thank the citizens and vistors of Lake County who make sending out these packages possible. We shipped out 30 care packages and we would also like to thank the following contributors foir their kind donations. |
